Metallica recently shared the third preview of their upcoming album, 72 Seasons, called “If Darkness Had A Son.”

The song is now available to stream and download. Those who have pre-ordered the album from Metallica.com will get it in their inbox. The entire song is also available on TikTok.

The metal legends also shared a music video for the single directed by Tim Saccenti.

Saccenti, who is a long time associate of Metallica, also did the video for the first two tracks – “Lux Æterna” and “Screaming Suicide.”

72 Seasons is scheduled for release on April 14, while the band’s M72 tour will kick off on April 27 in Amsterdam.
