Having Trouble Finding Your Tickets?

Accepting Concert Tickets from Ticketmaster
Ball Arena
  1. Tickets will be sent/transferred in an email to the email address that the listener gives to the station
  2. Check for emails labeled “Ticketmaster” OR “KSE” as that is what the email will be under in listener’s inboxes
    1. Always check “Spam” OR “Junk,” emails can end up there as well
  3. When listener’s open the email, they’ll be asked to “Accept These Tickets”, they’ll want to click on this
  4. The listener will then be transferred to the Ticketmaster website where they’ll need to sign in to their Ticketmaster account
    1. They will need to make a Ticketmaster account to claim their tickets!
  5. The listener will receive another email asking if they would like “View and Save” their tickets. The listener will need to click on this and make sure their tickets are showing up in their Ticketmaster account
    1. Additionally, saving tickets to a smartphone wallet makes the process faster!
