Michael’s journey to the KOOL 105 airwaves starts a world away. Born in Germany and raised in the wide‑open plains of North Dakota, he chased his passion for broadcasting from Minneapolis to Florida, sharpening his craft in two very different corners of the country.

That drive paid off. His radio career has taken him coast‑to‑coast, highlighted by a #1‑rated evening show in Orlando where his voice became a nightly staple. Before returning full‑time to radio, Michael spent five years on TV as a sports anchor and reporter, bringing the same sharp wit, energy, and style that listeners know him for. When he’s not on the mic, Michael is running Mile High Music Patrol, the entertainment company he built from the ground up, delivering trivia, bingo, and karaoke to bars, breweries, and restaurants across Colorado.

Off the clock, you’ll find him at a ballgame, exploring a new city, catching a great movie, squeezing in a round of golf, or—naturally—tuned in to KOOL 105.
