Having Trouble Finding Your Tickets?
Accepting Tickets from Ticketmaster
- Tickets will be sent via email to the email address you provided to the station.
- Check your inbox for an email from Ticketmaster or KSE.
- If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Open the email and click “Accept These Tickets.”
- You will be redirected to the Ticketmaster website, where you’ll need to sign in to your Ticketmaster account.
- If you don’t already have a Ticketmaster account, you’ll need to create one to claim your tickets.
- After accepting the transfer, you’ll receive another email prompting you to “View and Save” your tickets. Click this link and confirm that your tickets appear in your Ticketmaster account.
- For the fastest entry at the event, we recommend saving your tickets to your smartphone’s digital wallet (such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).
Accepting Tickets from AXS
- Your tickets will be transferred to the email address you provided to the station. Be sure you have an AXS account associated with that same email address.
- Look for an email from AXS with the subject line “Tickets Just Got Sent to You.”
- This email confirms that your tickets have been transferred and includes instructions for accepting them.
- If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Follow the instructions in the email to accept the ticket transfer.
- Before the event, sign in to your AXS account and verify that your tickets are visible and ready to use.
