Styx and Collective Soul have announced that their first-ever joint multi-city U.S. tour will kick off in Alpharetta, Georgia, on June 18.
The two rock bands will play nine shows together. The last one will take place on June 27 at the Zoo Amphitheatre in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
After that, Styx will separately play three nights at The Venetian in Las Vegas beginning September 24. Before the joint tour, Styx will hold a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheatre in Florida on June 16.
Styx frontman Tommy Shaw said, “After all this time off, (whew!) and now to get together with this masterful band of storytelling troubadours, we can’t wait to see you all again live and in person, performing an evening of music we love.”
In the words of Collective Soul lead vocalist Ed Roland, “Not only is it great to get back to live music and see our fans, family, and friends; but to experience it with a great band like STYX, it’s awesome! Let’s Rock!”
Tickets will be sold through StyxWorld.com and CollectiveSoul.com.
