Hollywood Vampires Share Cover Of David Bowie’s ‘Heroes’

Hollywood Vampires have released a cover of “Heroes,” one of David Bowie‘s biggest hits, with Johnny Depp on vocals.

“Heroes,” co-written by Bowie and Brian Eno, was recorded in 1977.

The song features on the rock supergroup’s upcoming album, Rise, which is scheduled for release on June 21.

Rise was produced by the band in collaboration with Tommy Henriksen.

“Rise is not only a totally different animal than the first Vampires album, it is unique to anything I’ve ever been a part of,” Alice Cooper said in a statement about the album.

He added, “I think that with this album, we are establishing what the Vampires’ sound really is, whereas with the first album, we were more tipping our hats to our fallen rock ‘n’ roll brothers.”
