Gladys Knight is set to open Hampton Court Palace Festival. The soul legend is set to headline the annual summer series of open-air concerts on June 6.
The show will be the only London date for the 78-year-old Grammy-winning star’s “The Empress of Soul Farewell Tour.”
Also performing at this year’s Hampton Court Palace Festival are Tom Jones, Soft Cell, Grace Jones, Kool & The Gang, Rick Astley and Bjorn Again.
