Sir Elton John and his husband David Furnish have been added to the list of co-hosts of YouTube Pride 2021.

The couple joins an expansive list of co-hosts who are slated to host portions of the live event on their respective YouTube channels, including Demi Lovato, Olly Alexander, Mawaan Rizwan, Trixie Mattel, and Daniel Howell.

The 5-hour event will feature musical performances, giveaway challenges, and special guests of the likes of Gigi Gorgeous, Elle of the Mills, Denali Foxx, Kim Chi, Jackson Bird, Jade Fox, Alannized, PatrickStarr, and Tyler Oakley, among others.

Fans across the world are now being encouraged to send in snippets of themselves opening up about their pride stories and asking the hosts questions pertaining to the same via a website provided by the show’s hosts, JA Films.

During the stream, the hosts will also be shouting out three queer charities for viewers to donate to, namely Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Trevor Project, and AKT.

The event is slated to take place on June 25 beginning at 3 p.m. EST/12 p.m. PST.
