Rock icon Alice Cooper recently released a new spoken-word album, titled Alice Cooper and the Tome of Madness.

The 12″ vinyl disc that features Cooper reading a 16-minute horror tale is available on black or yellow vinyl in a limited edition of 500 copies each on Metal Department.

Alice Cooper and the Tome of Madness is actually a companion to Cooper’s online slots game of the same name.

Meanwhile, Cooper released his latest studio album, Detroit Stories, in February 2021. Cooper supported the album with a tour last September and October.

He kicked off another leg on January 28, which feature Buckcherry as special guest on most of the dates, while Ace Frehley will open the shows on the last two dates. The trek is expected to conclude on April 23.
