‘A Bowie Celebration’ To Feature Members Of Duran Duran, Def Leppard & Many More

Def Leppard and lead singer Joe Elliott, Duran Duran‘s Simon Le Bon and John Taylor and Living Colour are among artists set to perform at the second annual “A Bowie Celebration” event next month.

Rob Thomas, Gary Oldman, Walk the Moon, Jake Wesley Rogers, Gail Ann Dorsey, Bernard Fowler, Judith Hill, Gaby Moreno, Gretchen Parlato, and Joe Sumner are also set to join the celebration of the late icon.

The band for the event will be made up of Bowie’s past band members from different points throughout his career.

The event will also feature rare, never-before-seen interview footage and celebrate the 1986 musical fantasy film Labyrinth, starring David Bowie.

The livestream music event will stream via Rolling Live on January 8, what would have been Bowie’s 75th birthday.

Streaming ticket packages start at $25.

Proceeds of the ticket sales will partly go to the charity organization Save the Children.
